It worked for me by force closing the app on my device and launching it again. 0The language thing was not an issue before. Mabye try restarting the device by turning it off and leaving alone for a little bit. While that is working maybe check to see if your WiFi is actually connected to the internet because that very well may be that you are not connected. Yeah, already did that..
