So i recently got the gotrax apex, its a great commuter for the price, but the only downside of the scooter is the range, does anyone know if it is possible to replace the apex battery with the battery from the g3 since its the same voltage, or maybe even an aftermarket battery thats a higher capacity.

I have two GoTrax GXL v1's. I didn't buy a new battery, control console, or motor, I simply switched with my other scooter to troubleshoot the issue. It turned out that the issue (causing the stuttering) was only because of a poor connection. I took the battery out, spread the pins on the console, put it all back together and it works fine.
