Isx blowing coolant out overflow but not overheating.

Had coolant tested for carbon and blue turned to green & replace the head gasket and studs. still losing coolant. We replace the coolant reservoir. still overflowing. I’m not overheating, not blowing any white smoke/exhaust. It runs at about 188°- 196° At 206° the fan kicks on.
